Our team played its next match in the XI round of the Misli Premier League, hosting Neftçi at the Azersun Arena in the Azerbaijan derby.

From the opening minutes, our team tried to showcase its distinctive style of play. Our players dominated possession, especially creating dangerous situations near the opponent’s goal through wing attacks. We came close to scoring several times, but the final touches lacked precision. In one instance, Nariman Akhundzade’s shot hit the post.

Starting the second half quickly, our team soon earned a penalty. Toral Bayramov successfully converted it, opening the scoring. After the goal, the tempo of the game increased. Both teams displayed fast-paced football, with our side launching more attacking moves. Goalkeeper Shahrudin Mammadaliyev made two excellent saves that stood out. In the 84th minute, the opponent was caught in the center, and Abdullah Zubir’s assist was finished with a goal by Camilo Duran.

With this 2–0 victory, our team increased its points total to 23 and leads the league table.

It should be noted that Qarabağ will play its next championship match away against Sumqayıt on November 21.
