THE STATEMENT

Yesterday within the framework of 15-th round of the Championship of Azerbaijan the Baku club " Neftchi " has met with Agdamian club " Garabagh ". Judges of this game were Vusal Aliev, Azer Askerov, Elman Musaev and Elchin Mamedov. As soon as game began, "Garabagh" in part having achieved advantage, has created a little гольевых situations. Even on the 15th to minute of a match Samir Musaev has scored a goal. However the judge, frequently interfering fine foals in game thus reduced rate and speed of game and promoted occurrence of the breaks following one after another. And the culmination moment of all told has fallen on the 45th minute of a match. After corner kick attacking "Neftchi" Branimir Shubashich has been put in a situation outside of game. Even the player, any minute having felt outside of game has stopped for one minute. However the player, having felt silence свистка Vusala Aliev, the lord of the field appeared the winner. The role of angular judge Elmana Musaev in this episode is great... After a match at viewing a film embodied by our club clearly proves забивание a goal the player in a zone outside of game. It is necessary to note, that this film today has been seen from the side AFFA. We, Football Club " Garabagh " have acted as the first for development of refereeing for improvement of their well-being and we the first have helped, have supported formation of fund of the help. And after that we are ready to help development of refereeing in every possible way. But to shut eyes to consecutive mistakes of the judge in several matches it is impact on development of Football of Azerbaijan. We doubt that validity of refereeing of Vusal Aliev, and don’t approve his bias in relation to our club. We shall estimate assignment as judge in matches of team "Garabagh" as infringement of principles of validity. In the end, Football Club " Garabagh " expresses the confidence that AFFA as always will state the fair estimation and will punish the guilty.
