Before the Champions League League Stage Matchday 6 game between Qarabağ and Ajax (Netherlands), a press conference was held with our team’s head coach Gurban Gurbanov and defender Mateus Silva. They shared their thoughts about tomorrow’s match.

Gurban Gurbanov said they will face a strong opponent:
“It will be a very important match. We didn’t have much time to prepare. We will be playing against a team that makes different rotations during the game. We must be very attentive. We have an opponent who wants to win. Looking at Ajax’s schedule, we can see that they will approach the match very seriously. As for us, we want to show our usual determined game. We will try to make our fans happy and achieve a positive result.”

Mateus Silva also said they will do their best to achieve a good result:
“A very serious match awaits us. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to prepare. Our playing philosophy is known to everyone. We all know what we have to do. We will be playing at home, and we will try to make our fans happy. I can promise that we will do our best.”
